The Problem: Accountancy Practice seeking leads and appointments within the local business community to expand their workload and create a pipeline for future work. The Solution: 2 days per month working with AMC completing calls to a local database for them. Targeting firms of a specific size and T/O within market sectors they had previous experience of working within.

The Result: Initial days resulted in 3 appointments. These lead to conversions of 2 to clients for that year and then ongoing work from them thereafter. We continue to work with the firm to bring in new work at a pace the Partners are able to deal with effectively.
